By requesting a quote or booking with Sweet Party Creations & More LLC, you agree to the following terms.

A quote request does not reserve or confirm your event date. Your booking is confirmed only after any required payment and confirmation are received.

Pricing may vary based on quantity, customization, delivery, setup, location, special requests, or other event requirements. Custom orders and rental reservations may require a non-refundable deposit or retainer.

Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to availability and may affect payments already made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate event, order, and customization information.

Rental items must be returned in the condition provided. Customers may be responsible for damaged, lost, missing, or excessively soiled rental items. Delivery, pickup, setup, and attendant services may involve additional fees when applicable.

Sweet Party Creations & More LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel service when necessary due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
